Who actually does the install?

A Frosty's-network licensed Texas HVAC contractor. In DFW, that's frequently our own crew. In Houston, San Antonio, Austin, El Paso, etc., it's a vetted partner installer who carries the same TACLA license number standard and follows our installation checklist.

What if I'm not home when the installer arrives?

We schedule a 4-hour arrival window and confirm 24 hours and 1 hour before. If you can't be home, an authorized adult on the property is fine. We never enter without authorization.

Do I have to pay the second 50% the day of install?

Within 24 hours of the install passing inspection. Most customers pay via Stripe, ACH, or financing approval. We don't accept cash for amounts over $2,000.
